Google Analytics and international transfers

- Google LLC adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as providing an adequate level of protection
- Data transmitted to Google is anonymised before processing
We do not transfer any personal data to countries that do not have an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the nFADP and Annex 1 of the DPO, unless appropriate safeguards are in place.

The site sos-nettoyage.ch is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Genève, Switzerland. All site data (forms, database, emails) is stored in data centres located in Switzerland, ensuring protection in compliance with Swiss legislation.
Data Security
SOS Nettoyage implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction, in accordance with article 8 nFADP:
- SSL/TLS encryption: all communications between your browser and our site are encrypted
- Secure hosting with Infomaniak, certified ISO 27001, servers in Switzerland
- Restricted access: only authorised personnel have access to personal data
- Strong passwords and enhanced authentication for access to internal systems

In the event of a data security breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as soon as possible, in accordance with article 24 nFADP, and you will be notified if necessary.

Right of access (art. 25 nFADP)
You have the right to know whether we process data concerning you and to obtain a copy of such data as well as information regarding its processing (purpose, categories of data, recipients, retention period).
Right to rectification (art. 6 para. 5 nFADP)
You may request the correction of inaccurate data or the addition of incomplete data concerning you.
Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when the processing does not comply with the nFADP. This right is limited by our legal retention obligations (in particular accounting obligations, art. 958f CO).
