For the most accurate quote possible, please indicate: the type of cleaning desired (end of lease, deep clean, regular…), the size of the apartment (number of rooms and surface area if known), your municipality and canton, the desired date of service, the current state of cleanliness and any special requirements (special flooring, high ceilings, pets…).
Can I modify the quote after receiving it?
Of course. If you wish to add or remove services, we will adjust the quote at no extra charge. For example, if you ultimately decide to include exterior window cleaning or floor treatment, we recalculate the price and send you an updated quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (Swiss IBAN), Twint, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash payment on the day of service. For services exceeding 1000 CHF, payment in two instalments is possible (50% at booking, 50% upon completion).
